At Caldwell Entertainment we respect that you don’t want to spend time or money on video content and not be satisfied with the end product. Many Gold Coast and Brisbane video production companies have differing policies when it comes to changes - a lot charge for any changes, few will allow as many changes as is wanted at no additional cost and some just disappear altogether after they have delivered a first draft. Here at Caldwell Entertainment, we are committed to our policy of up to 2 rounds of changes at no additional cost.
What does this mean? It allows you to make as many changes as long as they are within two lists (rounds) of requested changes/alterations. So you could want 50 changes or 10 adjustments in total, neither will incur more cost, so long as they are all included within those two rounds.
We decided on 2 rounds of changes as this enables you to view our first draft, request any adjustments and if some of those changes didn’t work, we can alter them again for you at no additional cost. If 3 or more rounds changes are required, we are happy to provide them for a small fee.
